Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided by phone or during an on-site visit and are subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope discovered after inspection. A final, binding price is confirmed before work commences. We do not provide automated online estimates.

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide reasonable site access, including water and a safe work area, on scheduled work days. Weather, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions may affect scheduling. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits and final payment, are agreed upon before the project begins. Deposits may be required to secure materials and scheduling. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for the period agreed upon for your specific project. Sod, turf, plant material, and irrigation components may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Proper watering and maintenance by the customer are required for living material warranties to remain valid.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Garden Landscape LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
